How to Raise $150 in a Week:

$30 - Day 1: Send an e-mail to 3 friends asking for a $10 pledge or challenge them to take the Plunge with you.

$30- Day 2: Send an e-mail to your 3 favorite relatives asking for a $10 pledge. Perhaps share a story about a Special Olympics Wisconsin athlete in the e-mail.

$20 - Day 3: Ask one parent and one sibling for $10 each. Your birthday and/or favorite holiday is coming up soon.

$20 - Day 4: Ask two neighbors for $10 each.

$25 - Day 5: You've got the day off of work! Head out to your favorite restaurant/coffee shop/tavern/sporting event and ask 5 people for $5.

$15 - Day 6: After cooking a nice meal, ask your significant other or best friend for $15.

$10 - Day 7: Add on a personal contribution of $10.
$150 - You've done it!
Remember to mention that all donations are tax deductible. If someone pledges to you online, he or she will receive an e-mail receipt. Otherwise, receipts can be picked up at registration or requested at your local Special Olympics office.
